If your prescription requires different parameters for each eye, you will need to order two separate boxes.

To ensure that you receive the correct order, please select the option "I need 2 different powers" when placing your order. This will allow you to select both corrections and ensure that your vision is properly corrected.

Can I wear Desio colored contacts over my regular prescription lenses?
No, it is not recommended to layer contact lenses. If you need both color change and vision correction, opt for prescription colored lenses.
How do I care for my Desio contact lenses?
Proper care involves regularly cleaning and storing the lenses in appropriate solutions, handling them with clean hands, and following the specific care instructions provided with your lenses.
How do I put in colored contacts?
To insert colored contacts, ensure your hands are clean and dry. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger, pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers, look up, and gently place the lens on the lower part of your eye. Slowly release the eyelid and close your eye to allow the lens to settle. Blink a few times to center the lens. For more detailed instructions and tips, visit our website.
How do I take out Desio contact lenses?
To remove Desio contact lenses, first wash and dry your hands thoroughly to prevent any contamination. Look up and gently pull down your lower eyelid. Carefully pinch the lens with your index finger and thumb and lift it away from your eye. Follow proper hygiene and handling techniques to avoid damaging the lens or introducing bacteria to the eye. For a step-by-step guide, visit our website.
Can I swim with contact lenses?
It is not recommended to swim with Desio contact lenses due to the risk of waterborne bacteria contaminating the lens and causing eye infections. If you must wear lenses while swimming, consider using waterproof goggles over them or opting for daily disposable lenses that you can discard immediately after swimming.
Can I shower with contact lenses?
It is not recommended to shower with contact lenses. Showering while wearing contact lenses can expose them to water and increase the risk of eye infections. Tap water can contain microorganisms, most notably Acanthamoeba, which can attach to the surface of the contact lenses and cause infections, potentially leading to severe pain and even permanent vision loss. To protect your eye health, it's best to remove contact lenses before showering and put them back in afterwards, ensuring your hands are clean and dry during the process
What should I do if I can feel the edges of my contact lenses?
If you can feel the edges of your contact lenses, it may indicate that the lenses are not fitting correctly or that they have shifted in your eye. This sensation can sometimes lead to discomfort or irritation. Ensure your lenses are properly centered, and try blinking a few times to reposition them. If the feeling persists, the lenses might be damaged, or the fit might be incorrect for your eye shape. In such cases, it is recommended to remove the lenses and consult with an eye care professional to assess the fit and possibly explore alternative lens options or sizes.
