You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Govisionary regarding access to the websites (including browsing and/or use of any interactive features) of the relevant sections of the Govisionary website.

Govisionary may modify these Terms at any time by publishing changes on the websites. Any modification becomes effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the websites constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All General Terms apply to contracts concluded on the Desiolens website upon written acceptance by Govisionary. These conditions are formally accepted by the Buyer at the time of purchase. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares acceptance of these Terms. Any modification shall only be valid upon written acceptance by Govisionary via email.

By using Desiolens.com, you agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information as requested by Govisionary, and to keep it updated. If you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if Govisionary has reason to believe so, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future access to the website.

The resale of any product purchased on the website or by any other means from Govisionary or its affiliates is strictly prohibited. By placing an order on Desiolens.com, you declare that the products are intended for personal use only and not for sale or resale.

The sale of Govisionary products through online platforms is strictly prohibited.

2. PROTECTION OF MINORS
The Desiolens.com website is not accessible to users under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf during registration.

3. ORDERS
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email along with an order summary. Once accepted, the order is considered final.

4. SHIPPING
If an item is refused, unclaimed, or if the Buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address resulting in the return of the package, the Buyer agrees to pay reshipping costs based on the selected shipping method. Govisionary will cover part of these costs only once.

4.1 Product availability and shipping times
All lenses available in our online store may require up to 5 working days to be shipped (except toric lenses, which require production after pre-order). Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4.2 Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are indicative only. Any delay does not constitute grounds for contract cancellation. If insufficient information is provided by the Buyer, Govisionary cannot be held responsible for delays. In case of excessive delay attributable to Govisionary, a refund will be issued.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping page for more details. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Govisionary declines all responsibility for delays caused by local postal services.

4.3 Customs duties, taxes or VAT
Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes upon arrival of the lenses. Govisionary has no control over this. The Buyer is responsible for paying any required charges upon delivery.

4.4 Responsibilities
Once the product has been shipped and the tracking number provided, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for delivery. The Buyer is required to independently track their order. Please refer to our Shipping & Tracking section for more details.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” Govisionary will not issue any refund.

5. PRICES
All prices are expressed in euros, VAT included (4% for prescription products, 22% for non-prescription products), and are guaranteed at the time of purchase.

6. PAYMENTS
a. Credit Card / Stripe
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. Transactions are secured via TLS (Transport Layer Security).

b. PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay via credit card or bank account. Your payment data remains confidential. Payments are generally instantaneous.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer (i.e., not purchasing for professional purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the contract (except for customized products) in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.

Withdrawal must be notified in writing within 14 days from delivery via the ticket system or by registered mail to:
Govisionary S.r.l., Viale dell’Unione Europea 8, 21013 Gallarate – Italy, or via certified email.
A confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.

Return costs and risks are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by Govisionary. Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and warranty.

Withdrawal entitles only to a refund, not an exchange. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the return.

8. CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
It is mandatory to consult an eye care specialist before placing any order. Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

Refunds will be processed within 120 days, in euros. Govisionary is not responsible for losses due to exchange rates.

Defective lenses will be replaced free of charge with the same model, color, and prescription.

Procedure:
Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
Return the lenses with box, blisters, and labels.
If blisters are opened, place the lenses in a case with suitable solution and return them.
Return must be made within 7 days from reporting.

Refuse any visibly damaged delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

9. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
All items are shipped in their original packaging according to provided information. Proper use of lenses is the responsibility of the Buyer. It is recommended to consult your eye specialist every 6 months and follow product instructions.

10. ANTI-COUNTERFEITING POLICY
As a premium brand, our products may be subject to counterfeiting. Counterfeit lenses are illegal and dangerous. They do not comply with health, safety, or environmental standards. Authentic Desio™ lenses are CE, FDA, and ISO certified.

Govisionary is not responsible for purchases made from unauthorized resellers. The only official websites are:

In case of dispute, the competent court shall be Milan, Italy.

14. COPYRIGHT
All content on Desiolens.com is protected. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. Misuse of trademarks or content constitutes a violation.

15. LIABILITY
The website is created with care. However, Govisionary declines any responsibility for possible errors. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Please refer to product descriptions for technical specifications.
