All available lenses are shipped within 5 business days, except Toric lenses which are custom-made and may take up to 8 weeks. We use FedEx, UPS, or DHL and reserve the right to choose the carrier. During promotions, launches, or sales, processing may take longer. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Registered Mail provides a unique code enabling customers to track the whereabouts of their parcel and requires a signature upon delivery. Although delivery through Packet Tracked is often quicker, a signature is not required.
Once the parcel arrives in the country of destination and clears customs, it must be tracked via your local postal service using the same tracking code.

If delivery fails, the courier will leave a notice and hold the parcel for 3–7 days. Unclaimed packages are returned to our HQ in Italy. In this case, we’ll notify you and offer reshipping options. If the return is due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the parcel is unclaimed, reshipping and repacking fees apply. Refunds in these cases exclude shipping costs.
