Under EU Directive 2023/2673, if you are based in the EU you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@desiolens.com within 14 days, or simply complete the form below. You will need to provide your name and order reference. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation by email.
